Aiyedatiwa sworn in as Ondo governor

Lucky Aiyedatiwa has been sworn in as the governor of Ondo State.

He took the oath of office at the Ondo state sports complex in Akure, the state capital, on Monday, Feb. 24.

Aiyedatiwa, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), won the Ondo state governorship election on November 17, 2024.

This marks the start of his first full four-year term following the de@th of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu in December 2023.
