Writer Sam Omatseye was criticised by Bello El-Rufai and his brother Bashir El-Rufai on X for a post he made against their family.
Omatseye referred to former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai as “an accused thief” and his son Bello as “a liar” in a post headlined “Like father like a fraud” that was published today, July 15.
Reacting, Bello El-Rufai, a member of the Nigerian House of Representatives representing Kaduna North Federal Constituency in the 10th National Assembly, wrote: “Pain or Sam is that you? I have work to do. Advise you to do same.”
However, Bashir El-Rufai responded to Omatseye with more heat, writing: “Sh@meless, b@stard, old men. All of you & all your useless paymasters.”
He added: “You want to be respected as an old man? then the first thing you should do is respect yourself. Fool at 70 for real.”
In another post, Bashir wrote to Omatseye: “Your family is the sh@meless one, who are they? You are a common stooge sent to write terribly written articles.
“Wtf are you?
“The man is here, he is defending himself, he has ignored you people, yet you still can’t stop shaking before going to sleep because he troubles you.”
