The Edo State Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has sent a message of felicitation to Chief Tom Ikimi as he Mark’s his 78th birthday anniversary in Nenin City, Edo State today.
In a press statement signed by the State PDO Chairman, Dr. Tony Aziegbemi, the party said that, “Chief Tom Ikimi, your dedication, determination, and vision inspires us to always give our best. You have always been so inspiring to us and it is our pleasure and pride to be able to work with you.”
The statement said further that, “We wish you a very happy birthday and hope that you have great health, you are blessed and record more successes than ever in the upcoming years.”
Chief Tom Ikimi is a High Chief and the Inneh of Igueben as well as the Akinrogun of Ife. He was the Chairman of the defunct National Republican Convention, NRC, one of the two political parties established by military dictator, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida.
