A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate and Governor of Sokoto state, Aminu Wazari Tambuwal, who allegedly had a close door meeting with former head of state, Olusegun Obasanjo said ‘Nigeria cannot afford to be static in a dynamic world’.
This he said as he addressed PDP delegates in Lagos yesterday, 3rd Oct., 2018. He showed concern about Nigeria being rated as one of the poorest country in the world. According to him, it should not be a factor to relegate ourselves rather, he urge Nigerians to be able to make global impacting Science, technology and innovation.
He noted reasons for his visitation, “Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, is one of the major leader of PDP, and there is need to make consultation prior 2019 presidential poll”.
He also pleaded for the PDP delegates trust in him and to see one another as brothers and support one another’s dream to make Nigeria better.
