Senator Henry Seriake Dickson,  the Senator representing Bayelsa West Senatorial District in the Senate and former Governor of Bayelsa State has felicitated with Nigerians on this year’s Easter Celebration.

In a message on his Facebook page yesterday titled, “My family and I, wish you all a Happy Easter celebration”, Senator Dickson said, “Easter is the basis of our faith as Christians because without the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, our faith as Christians would have been a fallacy”.

Senator Dickson said further that,  “As we celebrate Easter, I urge the good people of Bayelsa West Senatorial District, Bayelsans and indeed all Nigerians to emulate our Lord Jesus Christ by words and deeds. We must love one another and be willing to make sacrifices in whatever little way, for the common good of us all”.

In conclusion, the Bayelsa State born politician and statesman wished all Nigerians a Happy Easter.
